Who operates this site

This site is operated by Phuttimate Benchanakatkul, a sole trader based in Thailand, contactable at phuttimatebenchanakatkul@gmail.com. "We" and "us" below mean that person.

What this site is, and is not, promising

This is a pre-launch page. RepCheck is not yet released on the App Store, and nothing here is an offer to sell you anything or a guarantee that a particular feature will ship in a particular form, or at all. The screens shown in the phone on the homepage are a mockup containing example data — they are not a real user's results and not a performance claim.

Joining the waitlist does not create a contract, reserve you a place, or entitle you to access. It means we have your email address and will use it once, as described in our Privacy Notice.

Not medical advice

RepCheck is a training app, and everything on this site about training, form or nutrition is general information rather than professional advice. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified coach. Training carries a risk of injury. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition programme, especially if you have an existing condition or injury.

Using the site

You may read this site, and share links to it. Please do not try to break it, overload it, or use the waitlist form to submit anything other than your own email address.

Our content

The RepCheck name, the wordmark, the text, the design and the demo videos on this site are ours. The two typefaces are Archivo and JetBrains Mono, used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, and their licences ship alongside them in assets/fonts/.

Availability

This is a small site run by one person, and it is provided as-is. We do not promise it will always be reachable or free of errors, and we may change or take down any part of it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from using this website or relying on the general information on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any of your rights as a consumer that a term cannot remove.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of your own country's consumer law, or of your right to bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
