Privacy notice
Last updated 12 September 2026
This page is about this website and the waitlist form on it. If you have a RepCheck account, the app has its own fuller privacy policy covering your training data, photos and videos — read that here.
Who we are
This site is operated by Phuttimate Benchanakatkul, a sole trader based in Thailand. That is the person responsible for the data on this page, and they are reachable at phuttimatebenchanakatkul@gmail.com. There is no company registration number because there is no company.
What this site collects: almost nothing
Visiting this page does not create a profile of you. Specifically:
- No cookies. This site sets none at all.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no Plausible, no heatmaps, nothing counting your visit.
- No advertising or tracking of any kind, and nothing shared with advertisers or data brokers.
- No third-party requests. The fonts, the CSS, the videos and the images are all served from this domain. The page does not contact any other company as it loads — not even for fonts, which is why there is no cookie banner to click.
Our web host keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for a short period in order to serve the site and defend it from abuse, as any web server does. We do not use those logs to analyse visitors.
If you join the waitlist
The one piece of personal data this site collects is the email address you type into the waitlist form, and only if you submit it.
- What we collect: your email address. Nothing else — no name, no phone number.
- Why: to send you one email when RepCheck opens to new users. That is the whole purpose.
- Our legal basis: your consent, which you give by submitting the form after reading the notice next to it.
- How long we keep it: until we have sent that launch email and you have had a reasonable chance to act on it, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. We do not keep a permanent marketing list from this.
- What we will not do: sell it, rent it, pass it to anyone else, add you to a drip sequence, or use it to advertise to you elsewhere.
Who else sees it
Nobody. The form posts straight to RepCheck's own server and the address is stored in RepCheck's own database — no form-handling service sits in between, and we pass it to no one.
Those servers are hosted by Render, based in the United States, so submitting the form does store your email address outside Thailand and outside the EU and UK, on the basis of your consent. Render hosts the infrastructure and does not use the address for anything of its own. That is the only company involved.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the address we hold, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time — one email to phuttimatebenchanakatkul@gmail.com is enough, and you do not have to give a reason. We will act on it and reply within one month. These are your rights under Thailand's PDPA, and we extend the equivalent GDPR and UK GDPR rights — including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability — to visitors in the EU and the UK.
Complaints
Please tell us first if you think we have got something wrong; it is the quickest way to fix it. You can also complain directly to a regulator: in Thailand the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), and in the EU or UK your national data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
Children
This is not a site for children, and the waitlist is not intended for anyone under 13.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
