Short version: this website sets no cookies at all, and loading it does not contact another company. That is why you were not shown a consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.
Cookies on this site
None. Not necessary ones, not functional ones, not analytics, not advertising. This is a static page; there is no login and no session to keep, so there is nothing for a cookie to do.
Other storage
We do not use local storage, session storage or any other mechanism to keep data in your browser. Nothing about your visit is written to your device by us.
Third-party requests
Loading this page makes none. Everything it needs — the stylesheet, the scripts, the demo videos, the images and the two typefaces (Archivo and JetBrains Mono) — is served from this domain.
The one exception is deliberate and requires an action from you: if you submit the waitlist form, that submission goes to our form provider. It is covered in the Privacy Notice, and it does not happen unless you send it.
The fonts are worth calling out, because the usual way to load them is from Google's font CDN, and that quietly sends every visitor's IP address to Google before anyone has agreed to anything. We host them ourselves instead, so that request never happens.
Why there is no consent banner
Consent is required for storage and tracking that is not necessary to deliver what you asked for — in practice, analytics and advertising. This site has neither, and sets no cookies, so under Thailand's PDPA and the EU and UK ePrivacy rules there is nothing that requires your consent. A banner here would be asking permission for something we are not doing.
If that ever changes — if we add analytics, or an embedded video from another site — then we will ask properly, before it loads, and this page will say so.
The waitlist form
Submitting your email address is a deliberate action, not passive tracking, and it does not involve a cookie. What happens to that address is set out in our Privacy Notice.
The RepCheck app
The app is a different matter: it has to keep you signed in, so it does set a small number of strictly necessary cookies and stores your training data on your device. That is documented separately — see the app's cookie policy.
